Procedures and Terms for Gift Certificates
1) Fill out the information on the next form (Request Form). This includes your information and the information about the person to whom you are giving this gift.
2) Also on the Request Form, you will:
(A) select the maximum amount for the gift;
(B) the "reason" for the gift (to be stated in the certificate sent);
(C) the options for notifying her of the gift.
3) Agree to our terms for Gift Certificates which include:
(A) if the hair is returned in its original condition, the refund will be
returned to you (if after 30 days there will be a 20% restocking fee);
(B) we will run a $5.00 fee on your card to verify the card
(which will be credited against the purchase).
4) Fill out the Secure Credit Card Form.
5) As soon as your gift certificate purchase is validated (usually about 1 business day*) the recipient of your gift will receive a Certificate by the option you'll select in item #2-c above.
6) As soon as the recipient has selected her gift, you will be notified of the transaction, the item(s) she selected and the exact amount charged on your card.

* Gift Certificates purchased on a weekday will be sent the following day. If purchased on Friday, they will be sent on the following Monday.
