Once upon a time, I went to cosmetology school and opened my own beauty salon — specializing in hair additions. In the 1970s I began in the business of manufacturing human hair products and in 1987 I was one of the founders of Garland Drake. Charlotte - 1960s Hair styles may change, but the desire to have more hair, longer hair is the same. This is when I was first getting into the business. Like many people, I never could grow my hair past my shoulders. So, of course for long hair (and now for fuller hair) I wear hair additions.
