Money Back Guarantee - Return and Exchange Policy
You do not need permission to return or exchange any item. However, we do need a note enclosed with the item that gives us your name, address, etc. - and - what you would like us to do ... return and refund or exchange for (describe).
Problems

If you have any problem with any of our products - please contact us immediately! In some cases we can help tell you on the telephone or by email what is causing the problem. Sometimes it helps if you return the item to us for evaluation. We want to know about any problems.
IF it is something you are doing to the hair ... we may be able to tell you ... and to share this information with others.
IF it is a problem with our product ... we want to know so we can fix it - if possible. Some problems are simply wear-and-tear issues and can't be fixed.

In all cases the product must be in it's original condition (hair not cut, permed or colored). However, you can (and should) play with it. You can wet it, comb or brush it, even use your curling iron or blow-dryer.
Ready Line ... If a Ready Line product is returned within 30 days, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the hair. If returned after 30 days there is a 10% restocking fee. If returned after 120 days there is a 20% restocking fee.
Express Custom ... If an Express Custom product is returned within 30 days there is a 20% restocking fee. If returned after 30 days there is a 30% fee. If returned after 120 days there is a 40% restocking fee.
Full Custom ... There is no refund for a Full Custom item.

If returned after 30 days we will deduct 10% from the amount you paid for the hair. If returned after 120 days we will deduct a 20% from the amount you paid for the hair.
Express Custom ... If an Express Custom product is returned within 30 days we will deduct 20% from the amount you paid for the hair. If returned after 30 days we will deduct 30% from what you paid for the hair. If returned after 120 days we will deduct 40% from what you paid for the hair.
Full Custom ... There is no exchange for a Full Custom item.
Money Transactions .. If there is any difference owed to you or owed to us ... we will either credit your card or charge your card for the difference. If there is a credit due and the transaction is over 90 days, we will have to send you a check. Our credit card system does not allow charge-backs after 90 days. Shipping charges are your responsibilities.
