As soon as your gift certificate purchase is validated (usually about 1 business day*) the recipient of your gift will receive an immediately redeemable Gift Certificate which she can use to shop on line, by phone or fax.
You or the person receiving your gift may choose to:
1) Look at items on the Website and order directly.
2) Look at items on the Website then request a Catalog and Samples before ordering.
3) If you choose or if the person does not have access to a computer, we will immediately mail a catalog, samples of our hair colors and the Gift Certificate if you select this option on the order form (next page).
