 Louise
Moon began her hair styling career in Vancouver in 1982. Shortly
after taking a two year training and apprenticeship, she moved
to Montreal where she joined one of the top salons in the city.
Almost immediately, she began working for all of Canada's top
fashion magazines.Yearning
for more, she then traveled to London to take the academy course
at Vidal Sassoon. Louise fell in love with London and decided
to move there in 1986. She joined an agency and worked full time
as a freelance hairstylist. After working there for over two years
on music videos and magazines, she went on to Milan where she
was further able to branch out and work with the best in the industry.Relocating
to Paris, Louise's career continued to blossom for another five
years until she moved on once again. This time to Los Angeles.
It was there that Louise really began to engross herself in the
world of celebrity clientele, commercials and music videos.Now
dividing her time between Los Angeles and New York, Louise has
gained a loyal following among Hollywood's elite. Calista Flockhart,
Christina Ricci, Chrlize Theron, Juda Pinkett-Smith, Matthew McConaughey,
Mischa Barton, Jeuliette Lewis, Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears,
and Toby Magure are just a few on the long list of Louise's loyal
clients. Her advertising work includes Givenchy, Guerlain, Max
Factor, Prescriptives, and Max Mara. |
